Potary Terms and Community Guidelines
These terms govern access to Potary and summarize the community rules users agree to follow when they create accounts, upload 3D content, or interact with other users.
1. Using Potary
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Users are responsible for the content they upload and the actions they take through their account.
- Potary may suspend, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these terms or create safety risk.
2. Community rules
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual content, or threats.
- No spam, scams, misleading uploads, or abusive manipulation of the platform.
- No content that infringes another party’s rights.
- Use reports and blocking features responsibly.
3. Moderation
Potary may review reports, restrict access to content, place posts under review, or hide content that appears unsafe or violates the rules. Potary may also preserve internal moderation metadata required to investigate abuse and maintain service safety.
4. User content
Users keep responsibility for the content they upload. By posting content to Potary, users authorize Potary to host, store, display, process, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.
5. Account deletion
Users can delete their account inside the app. Potary’s deletion flow is intended to remove the profile, uploaded posts, reports, and active session associated with that account.
